國 內 業 務
本所設國際法部，刑事業務部、民事業務部、海事海商部、公司法部、金融、證券、房地產部、證據調查部等。
主要業務范圍是：
一、擔任各級政府、中外企事業單位、其他經濟組織及個人的法律顧問；
二、為中外客戶提供各類法律咨詢服務，接受其委托在國內外進行商業調查、項目研究和審查、公司設立、國際貿易、房地產立項開發銷售，投資和各類中外經濟合作的代理；
三、代理金融、證券、房地產、公司并購、資產重組、外經外貿、經濟合同、海事和涉外糾紛的訴訟和仲裁；代理各類民事、行政、知識產權案件；
四、接受刑事案件當事人的委托，為其提供法律咨詢；代理申訴、控告、申請取保候審；擔任犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的辯護人和自訴案件自訴人，公訴案件的受害人或其近親屬的代理人；
五、接受中外客戶的委托，代理各類訴訟和非訴法律事項，提供商務、國際貿易、投資招商等法律服務。
美 國 分 所 業 務
設立美國公司：代理國內企業和個人在美國及其他國家設立公司、稅務登記、公司年檢、股份并購、產權轉讓、資產重組、注銷清盤、融資租賃、協助公司在美國上市，買殼上市，收購與反收購上市。
金融和項目融資：幫助國內企業在美國尋找資金，協助客戶在美國銀團貸款，政府債務，項目融資等。包括BOT項目融資及ABS方式，參與談判，起草文件。設立基金和各項托管，證券和期貨交易。
美國和海外投資：協助國內客戶在美國和海外投資，代表客戶參與投資調研，項目招標，工程承包發包，起草審查合同。
國際貿易：貨物買賣、加工補償貿易、信用證、國際擔保、保理業務、反傾銷等。
招商引資：代表及組織國內客戶到美國參觀、考察和海外招商引資，推薦美國客戶到國內考察投資，參與項目談判，商業資信調查。
知識產權：協助客戶進行專利、商標、著作權注冊登記，轉讓、使用許可以及高新技術產業化中的技術入股，轉股，確權，轉讓等。
訴訟方面：幫助國內外客戶進行訴訟證據調查、資產調查追蹤、保全、凍結、訴訟。
海事海商：幫助客戶處理各種法律事務，包括提單、租船合同、索賠、海事海商仲裁、訴訟。
移 民 和 簽 證
移民和簽證：幫助國內人員合法到美國訪問和工作，獲取簽證，辦理移民手續。
